Business Online can generate email notifications/confirmations to your corporate users when certain functions are performed.
The Forgot Password/PIN link displays on the Access ID and Password page. When clicked an email is sent to the corporate user providing a randomly generated, one-time client password or PIN.
The Report a Lost/Damaged Token link displays on the Access ID and Password page. When a current corporate user clicks the link, the Token Status on the User record is set to Lost/Damaged and an email containing the login password is sent to the user. The user can continue to access Business Online, while waiting for a new token.
A Change Password/PIN Confirmation email can be sent to corporate users after their passwords or token PINs are changed through Business Online.
A Change Email Confirmation email can be sent to corporate users after their email addresses are changed through Business Online.
